Control the Cue Ball
is the current book I'm working on about Cue Ball movement and control.

Introduction

What you do with the Cue Ball is important because all the shot making in the world won’t help you if you can’t get reasonable position for your next shot.

The game is loveable and wonderful with better control of the Cue Ball.

This book will help you to learn to control your cue ball because each skill to learn relates to the next so you can learn it as you go.

In each area of Cue Ball Control, you’re given references to go by that make sense contributing to a better understanding for what comes next.

When you understand what you can do with the cue ball then you’ll make less positional mistakes and be favored to win more.

Included in this book is an Advanced Cue Ball Control Technique for killing cue ball travel distance with Side Spin that also functions as the easiest reference to learning to use Side Spin that I’ve ever found.

It’s a rarely spoken about technique in instructional material because it’s used by better players but is easily learned with a clear explanation. It also helps as a reference point for learning many applications of Side Spin having the potential to be a great transition point for your game.

My books are designed to raise your level of consciousness in the Game of Pool. I have better ways to Aim, Use Side Spin and now Control your Cue Ball.

I’m a PBIA Certified Instructor and avid One Pocket Player having published prior instructional books whose content is refined in this series.

I’m always interested in your questions and feedback and I’ll be available for any questions or comments you have at aimisthegameinpool@yahoo.com

My books are The Target Ball Concept, The Flight of the Cue Ball and now “Move the Rock.”

Why buy my books over the others in the marketplace that are cheaper?

A lot of the material that’s available for cheaper prices is material that’s been around for years. When you buy it, it’s been used by other authors only now you’re getting it in another form or presentation. New original material is designed to fill the informational gaps of a previous generation.

Techniques do get better as time goes by and better ones are found.

Would you go back to using a hand crank coffee grinder if you already know that the grind is coarser, and the coffee isn’t as good? I want todays fine grind and a good filter to give me the best taste possible.

Any Aiming or Pool Journey is cumulative in that it may take you awhile to understand or find something worth describing that leads to excellence. I’ve been working on original content for over 15 years. It hasn’t failed me yet. The basis on which it was created led to more and better techniques.

Excellence is found by reading original content that presents new and better descriptions and all my material is original content. I was the first person and only author who founded an original aiming technique with a companion book for Side Spin that came from the original material.

The new perceptions for my system are pocket centric meaning they are the same on each shot and you’ll notice improvement immediately.

At (13 ½ yrs.) after two previous books I released the Target Ball Concept which is the refinement of the techniques and a great way to learn to aim pool shots that anyone could learn. It’s very accurate, simple and works exactly as described.

At the same time, I released The Flight of the Cue Ball showing how the Target Ball Concept related to the use of Side Spin by cue type. Your cue doesn’t play the same as others, but it has a type in which those cues play very similar.

Understanding how your cue plays is important because when you find a cue you understand and like you should stay with it. Therefore, understanding the differences in allowance amounts in that book is important.

Now (at 15 yrs.) I’m expanding into a clear description of how to gain better Cue Ball Control so that you’ll to own it for the rest of your playing life.

No matter how you aim your shots you’ll be able to understand my Cue Ball Control Concepts but if you’re having shot making doubts of any kind you should look at my Target Ball Concept.

I pride myself in bringing you new, yet “tried on the table for years” concepts that work as stated for Aiming, Side Spin and now Speed Control.

Things that are related and work together are what you need to build the base of your game around. I build everything I do on reference point relationships.

My content enables you to understand the basis of what’s there and how to apply your feel from sight and that’s important in the game of pool.

Many of my Target Ball Customers have told me how easy it is to learn.

Simplicity that works is best when Complication has trouble with Execution.

If you want a class or lessons, I’ll present my material in classes and cover all of it including banking in progressive, intermittent classes. I space them so you’ll absorb the material, while correcting fundamental flaws and working on pre-shot and stroke routines that work for you.

At higher levels the differences between good players is reduced to smaller and smaller imperfections that we can identify in person.

Thank you for allowing me the chance to present my material for purchase. I think it’s the best deal going, when you get better techniques for control, skill building and secrets of the game for added growth.
